1. Privacy and Data Processing

We respect your privacy and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Personal data collected during registration or communication (such as your name, contact details, and any information you provide) will be processed solely for the following purposes:

• Administration and registration of the program

• Communication related to the program

• Invoicing and payment processing

• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations

Your personal data will not be sold or used for marketing purposes and will only be shared with third parties when necessary for the execution of the program or where required by law. Personal data will be retained no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Requests can be submitted via the contact details below.

2. Payment Terms

Participation in the program is confirmed only after receipt of full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All prices are stated in euros and are exclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. Invoices must be paid within the payment term specified on the invoice. Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or cancellation of participation without any right to compensation.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of participation in the program is possible up to and including 24 August. Cancellations must be submitted in writing (by email).

Cancellations made after 24 August 2026 are non-refundable. In the event of non-attendance or early withdrawal from the program, no refund will be issued.

4. Program Changes and Force Majeure

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the program content, schedule, speakers, or location if circumstances require. In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to illness, government measures, or other circumstances beyond our control), we are entitled to reschedule the program or offer a suitable alternative.

5. Liability

Participation in the program is at your own risk. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation, except in cases of intent or gross negligence as required by law.

6. Applicable Law

These Privacy, Payment and Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Eindhoven.
